ORDER APPOINTING RECEIVER AND MODIFYING STAY ORDER: Pursuant
to stipulation of the alleged bankrupt and the petitioning credi-
tors, a receiver may be appointed pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule
201(c) in this case without additional fee and without the bond
required by Rule 201(d). The parties further stipulationed
that the property of the alleged bankrupt may be sold by the
receiver as heretofore proposed in public notice attached to the
MOtion.

It is therefore ORDERED:
1. The stay heretofore entered on August 5, 1977, is modi-
£iled to allow the sale herein ordered and the receiver is
authorized to carry out a public sale pursuant to the notice
heretofore given, a copy of which has been filed with the Motion;
2. R. A. "Dick" Mader is hereby appointed as receiver with
authority to sell and convey the property of alleged bankrupt
listed in the notice of sale. The sale of real estate is sub-
ject to petition and order of confirmation before said sale of
real estate is consummated. Said Order of Confirmation shall
contain a complete and accurate description of real estate sold
and the price received.
3. Personalty may be sold for cash without confirmation of
the court for the highest bid price, subject to rejection of the
bid by the receiver if he considers it to be inadequate. The
Receiver shall file a return of sale immediately after the com-
pletion of the sale.
4. No bond is required pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 201(d).
5. Receiver shall furnish a bond with satisfactory corpor-
ate surety in an amount sufficient to indemnify and protect the
total gross sale price of the property sold. The bond premium
is a cost which may be paid from proceeds of sale or may be
advanced by a party.
6. The amount of commission and the reimbursement of ex-
penses of sale will be determined at a separate hearing before
disbursement therefor, the hearing to be held at or before the
time of trial on adjudication.
7. The trial on adjudication is set for September 6, 1977,
at 10:00 a.m. in the Courtroom, U. S. Court House, Casper, Wyoming.

Meidl and Bertha Meidl, transferred an undivided one -half interest
unto Fred L. Hupp. That by Warranty Deed dated November 29, 1916,
recorded in Book 8 of Deeds, page 12, Fred L. Hupp transferred
title to Thomas F. Owens. That by Quitclaim Deed dated August 3,
1955, recorded in Book 103 of Deeds, page 164, the Sheridan County
Commissioners transferred title to Richard E. Theisen and Velma
E. Theisen, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, the
said Velma E. Theisen being one and the same person as your
affiant herein.
That by Tax Deed dated January 28, 1936, recorded in Book 35
of Deeds, page 103, from the County Treasurer of Sheridan County,
the following described property was transferred to the County of
Sheridan, to -wit:

That by Quitclaim Deed from Sheridan County dated March 4, 1936,
recorded in Book 40 of Deeds, page 322, title was transferred to
Wm. W. Hain. That by Quitclaim Deed from Wm. W. Hain, a single
man to Richard E. Theisen and Velma E. Theisen, husband and wife,
the said Velma E. Theisen being one and the same person as your
affiant herein, said deed being dated August 11, 1955, recorded
in Book 103 of Deeds, page 196, said property was transferred to
the said Richard E. Theisen and Velma E. Theisen.
That by Tax deed from the County Treasurer to Sheridan County,
dated December 2, 1953, recorded in Book 95 of Deeds, page 210,
the following described property was sold to Sheridan County,
to -wit:
Lot 11, Block 3, Woods Addition to the Town of Sheri-
dan, Sheridan County, Wyoming.
That by Quitclaim Deed from the County Commissioners of Sheridan
County, Wyoming, title was transferred to the above described
property unto Richard E. Theisen and Velma E. Theisen, said Deed
being dated August 3, 1955, recorded in Book 103 of Deeds, page
164, the said Velma E. Theisen, being one and the same person as
your affiant herein.
That your affiant, because of the death of the said Richard
E. Theisen, became the sole tenant of the above described real
property and has been in possession of said real estate and
claims title to the same by virtue of the above mentioned tax
sales and deeds for a period continuous of not less than six (6)
months immediately preceding the date of this affidavit; that the
facts as above set forth concerning possession of said real estate
are, insofar as are known to your affiant, to be true and correct.
